These Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by Hedeeth Collections Enterprise ( hereby know the “Seller”). By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to deal with the Seller on these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms, conditions, warranties or representations. The Seller may vary these conditions at any time subject to giving reasonable notice of such amendment to the Buyer.
Accuracy of Content
Care has been taken in uploading content of this website. Prices have been stated accurately with fair product description. As much as possible, accurate colours of our products have been displayed, however, limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor may mean a slight variation. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we are careful not to ship or deliver defective it, however there is a 3 day return policy for any claim of defective item only after such claim has been validated by our quality control/assurance team.
Item valid for return must have the following;
- Purchase proof (order number or receipt)
- Original seal/package of item
- Valid return reason
Return/Exchange will be done within 10 days of receiving the item.
Shipping and Delivery
whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order
Company will arrange shipping of the Products to your address using a carrier of Company’s choice. Title and risk of loss to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We do not provide insurance on the Products during delivery. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. Company will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, shipping company error, or acts of God.

If you sign up to receive email alerts we will use the information you give us to provide the service(s) you have requested. We may occasionally contact email alert subscribers to help us evaluate and improve the service that we offer. You can also inform us that you wish to cancel a subscription and we will remove you from our mailing list and delete your details from our records

Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete orders and/or completing orders with fraudulent intent will result in the member’s account being deleted without notice and the proper authorities will be informed and legal action will be taken. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete orders; using false information to complete orders; using information that is not authorized by card holder
